Spin Gym

There is a new device on the market that claims to tone your
upper body with just
a 5 minute workout per day. I don't
know about you but I fell as though I've
gotten a good
workout after an hour or so of heavy breathing and sweating
all
over the place.

However, if it works as advertised, using this device for 20-30
minutes and the
5 mile walk I do daily, should maximize
my body toning experience. This sounds like a winner to me.
I'll be huff to the buff before summer barely gets started !!!
